Job Description :

1) Support Recruitment and development

2) Facilitate the induction process and ensure that all the employees go through a systematic formal induction process after their joining.

3) Develop and/or upgrade templates of contracts, interview reports, and advertising formats.

4) Coordinate employees training program

5) Support line managers to ensure that performance reviews are conducted /Completed as per schedule.

6) Should play a role as an Organizer and Co-trainer for training

7) Identification of skills gaps in individual employees in consultation with unit heads

8) Asst. to HR manager to prepare annual training calendar

9) Counsel employees when required or organize /support for suitable outside counselor and mentor

10) Support the med claim and personal accident insurance issues and oversee welfare activity.

11) Key person/single point for correspondence and documentation in the HR department

12) Oversee complete documentation of employees transactions as per guidelines

13) Resource /fund mobilization for HRD

14) To take up any other tasks that may be entrusted to meet the company goal by the Management and Obey the rules and regulations of the organization
