Attrition management/Retention - exit chats, analysis of reasons of exit, initiating changes/ suggesting modifications needed in the laid down processes, timely RAG analysis
Managing PMP (goal setting, mid-year and annual assessment) and for each business in partnership with the CoEs in HR
Partner with the CoEs to assess the learning needs and curate differentiated training segment for GAC and MI&A. Drive the central learning agenda, track the udemey and coursera usage and suggest ways build on these
Ensuring execution and tracking of leadership connect calendar for employee/ team catch up session
