Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive - HR Operations to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR operations and demonstrate expertise in managing employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and HR systems. This role requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Manage employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
  • Ensure accuracy in maintaining HRMS (e.g., Keka,) and employee records.

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Support payroll processing by collating and verifying data like attendance and leave records.
  • Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, medical claims, and leave policies.
  • Ensure timely updates and communication regarding policy changes.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing events, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and grievances.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances and issues promptly and effectively.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
  • Provide support to managers on performance management.

Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, verifications, and inductions.
  • Facilitate seamless new hire orientation to ensure employees are aligned with company policies and culture.
  • Register new hires in HRIS, Biometric systems, and assign necessary equipment/assets.

HR Reporting:

  • Generate monthly HR reports related to headcount, attrition, and payroll.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for process improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Experience with HRMS tools like Keka is preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
