• Invoice Checking
• Invoice processing
• Preparing and validating payment data
• Allocate adjustments
• Hotel statement reconciliation
• Obtaining supplier band details as necessary
• Daily processing reconciliation
• Invoice query logging and resolution
• Updating credit card reconciliation
• Allocating credit card transactions
• Any ad-hoc tasks allocated by management
