Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decisions
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for year-end audits and tax filings
- Assist in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic business initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
