Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall facility operations, including soft services, MIS, and transportation.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of soft services, including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
- Develop and implement effective facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date records and generate accurate management information system (MIS) reports related to facility operations.
- Coordinate and manage transportation services, including staff transportation and fleet management.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in facility operations and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of services and address any operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in facility operations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise facility staff to maintain high performance and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in facility operations, with a strong knowledge of soft services, MIS management, and transportation.
- Competent knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and industry standards. 4.Proven experience in managing soft service vendors, implementing MIS systems, and coordinating transportation services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 6.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Professional certifications in facility management or related areas will be an advantage.
