Senior executive export documentation customer service (Air & Sea)

Process incoming international shipments by sharing pre-alert

documents with customers and CHA.

Communicate with shippers, consignees, shipping agents, brokers, and

warehouse clerks through emails and phone calls to share shipment

arrival details with customers and CHA.

Invoice for both Collect (CC) and Prepaid (PP) shipments at the House

Air Waybill (HAWB) level.

Keep in touch with Customer Service and CEVA export houses/agents.

Pay attention to specific instructions from customers, whether they're

given generally, on instruction sheets, or for specific shipments.

Enter shipment-related information and documentation into the

database accurately and efficiently.

Provide customer service by communicating with consignees, informing

them of Estimated Time of Departure (ETD), Estimated Time of Arrival

(ETA), and shipment availability.

Handle all operations work until shipment delivery dispatches (both sea

and air).

Coordinate with the Customs and Docks team for routine operations.

Write letters and emails to clients and others.
