Job Description

  • Follow all documented processes/workflow to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure privacy of our customers remains the utmost importance. Meet the expectations of the quality/productivity standards
  • Ensure that the assigned targets are in accordance with SLA and any internal standards are met
  • Accountable for the accurate and efficient processing of all requests pertaining to policy maintenance and associated service requests
  • Ensure that transactions are processed as per Desk Top procedures
  • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Comply with all internal reporting requirements
  • Critical thinking and decision making
