Voice calls to US based Doctors/Medical providers and update notes in case management system
- Providing 1 st level support on client projects, including
- Identification of parties to call/follow-up
- Voice calls
- Update notes in case management system
- Creation of reports as per clients specifications

- Good understanding of outbound/inbound voice processes

- Average writing skills
Process Specific Skills
- Exposure to US outbound calling process
- Awareness of processes like follow-up with medical providers
- Ability to effectively work using calling equipments, desktop computer system, especially Microsoft Office with prior experience of working on clients interface/tool
