Job Description

Role primarily involves AR Cash Application/Billing processing (applying payments to the Customer account or Creating Draft/Final Invoices to be sent to the Customer/Onshore team) and creating analysis for Applied/Un-applied, on account transactions with ageing for all agencies within Shared Service Centre as per expected Service Levels (Efficiency, TAT and accuracy levels) to the Business by:

  • Compliance to client policies
  • Mailbox/query management
  • Collaborating with onshore team in ensuring clearance of discrepant items
  • Timely escalations and guiding for resolution
  • Monthly reporting
  • Strengthening Controls to ensure no/minimum exceptions, as agreed with client
  • Preparation of Desk Top Procedures / Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
