Job Description

  • Responsible for reviewing and editing audit reports submitted by insured on portal in a manner that is consistent with guidelines, procedures and standards.
  • Follow appropriate Operating procedure.
  • Meet quality, production and timeliness goals.
  • Meet office time service goals.
  • Monitor e-mails and respond in a timely manner.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.
  • Communicate with the end customer over E-mail.
