Job Description

. Follow all documented processes/workflow to enhance customer experience . Ensure privacy of our customers remains the utmost importance. Meet the expectations of the quality/productivity standards . Ensure that the assigned targets are in accordance with SLA and any internal standards are met . Accountable for the accurate and efficient processing of all requests pertaining to policy maintenance and associated service requests . Ensure that transactions are processed as per Desk Top procedures . Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules . Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures . Comply with all internal reporting requirements . Critical thinking and decision making
