  • Ability to pivot quickly and focus on urgent requests.

  • Matching and assigning correct claim numbers to documents & attach documents on claim file.

  • Typing handwritten contents from insured into excel spreadsheets for Xactimate.

  • Managing Box requests

  • Process payment requests

  • Preparing & sending correspondence as per request from adjuster

  • Requesting & gathering information as per request from adjuster

  • Requesting & gathering information by logging into third party websites as per request from adjuster

Perform other administrator activities as assigned
