Bachelor's in Accounting/ Finance, Master's preferred
Should have experience of US Accounting
Should have worked in Month/Quarter end close
3 to 5 years of related experience. Insurance industry experience preferred.
Ability to create and maintain process documentation (SOPs)
Good communication and business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments
Adherence to process service level metrics and preparation of management reports
Stakeholder management (Internal/ External) to resolve process or system issues
Ability to deep dive in process to identify improvement opportunities
