Review the records received from claimant and segregate them in medical, non-medical, and bill categories. Efficient quality check to ensure that all documents obtained are of the best quality and comply with client's request.
Basic Responsibilities
- Verify records by patient name, date of birth and/or social security number, etc.
- Verify dates limitations and/or medical limitations requested by client are provided and ensure explanation is reflected on the affidavit
- Verify the quality of the documents obtained
- Verify all requested documents have been obtained
- Aware team for required follow-ups for missing documents
Essential Functions- Computer literacy is essential, along with Comprehension skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple, healthcare terminology
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast/quick turnaround time
- Attention to detail is critical
- Maintain confidentiality of files received
