Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support (40%)-
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the payment integrity space. Analyze Healthcare market dynamics, including technological advancements, Payer & Payment Integrity landscape
- .Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors products, service offerings, pricing strategies, market share, and customer base
- .Develop marketing collaterals such as case studies, playbooks, white papers, POVs, product videos etc.
Business Development & Presales (30%)-
- .Participate in deal design & RFP solution development process. Understand the RFXs scope, EXL's capabilities & help design winning value proposition for the customer.
- .Assist with creating capability /sales pitch for sales team for sales meetings.
- Assist with creating impactful presentation, documents, demos, product videos & supporting material to enable solution selling & business development activities
Project management & Reporting(30%)-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leaders & track project progress against established timelines and budgets. Regularly provide updates to all stakeholders on status of projects.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports for senior leadership.
- Design and create visually appealing and informative reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership consumption.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in a pre-sales or marketing or research role, preferably within a Health-tech company.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client problems, solve complex business problems, and develop solutions /proposals that fulfill client needs
- Prior Experience with Healthcare IT, claims processing, Payment Services & data analytics domain is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Excellent Figma, Excel and Presentation skills required.
- Excellent Secondary research skills & ability to package information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
