Overview: Sr. Executive - PMO Experienced in PMO functions such as Project Coordination:Coordinate with project teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment. Responsible for administrative functions and providing reports on the same. Resource Management: Tracking open positions and onboarding / offboarding resources. Providing management reports, coordination and establishing guidelines. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain project documentation up to date and compliant with organizational standards. Prepare regular status reports Should be well versed in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools. Keep track of open items and ensuring risks are highlighted and mitigated. Competencies include analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail. Task rationalization Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field Experience:3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Communication Skill:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working Hours:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Willing to extend based on requirement. Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:Wi-Fi with excellent bandwidth, uninterrupted power (power back up) |
