EXL India, Chennai

Overview:

Deliver Daily QA targets for payment posting transactions. (ERA & Manual EOB Posting)

Quality is the most essential part in the RCM cycle. It is crucial to ensure QA meet the set expectations, and their efficient methods results to deliver above the SLA standards to delight the customer.

Qualifications:

Graduation in any stream

Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Typing speed of 30 WPM)

Experience:

BPO Experience - 2-5 years

US Healthcare Payment posting experience preferred

SMEs in the domain knowledge

Diligent RCA to mitigate the issue identified

Communication Skill:

Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:

40 hours per week as Full time employee

Shift time: Day/Mid Shift

Weekends Off

Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable:

High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband

Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy

Skills and abilities:

  1. Ensure Daily Productivity targets are met at the required quality level on the assigned inventory Perform accurate audit for payment posting
  2. Audit ERA & Manual EOB's basis QA strategies and reconcile daily/monthly reports for review
  3. Establish theand procedures.
  4. Work as a third party to validate OPS team deliverable performances per applicable standards.
  5. Ensure that theprocedures are implemented during every step of the production process.
  6. Plan and conduct internalfeedback meetings between Ops leads and QA team.
  7. Ensure the availability of required tools, including.
  8. Take appropriateon identified problems.
  9. Identify potential sources of error and suggest ways to eliminate them. (Preventive Actions)
  10. Establish and suggest implementing the RCA and Mitigation plan
  11. Performof test results.
  12. Continuous process improvement (,)
  13. Reduceand rework
  14. Identify the sampling criteria for best selection process. This includes reviewing the documents submitted between the client and ops.
  15. Maintain quality documentation
  16. Keep track of quality training attended by staff.
  17. Work closely with Ops and human resources to validate the performance .
  18. Daily Report on quality findings and issues to QA supervisors
