Job Description

  • Good communication.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process.
  • Understanding job description provided by the BU Heads
  • Should be able to source profiles - From the Job portals, internal data base, Employee References, Careers page mail, Head Hunting , LinkedIn etc.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with Team/ BU heads
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in working independently in a team-oriented environment.
