Roles And Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in SAP Success Factors modules including EC (Employee Central-Master data), LMS (Learning Management-Training), ECP (Payroll), Performance Management, Recruiting/Onboarding
- Analyze business processes and requirements to provide optimal solutions for HR functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Success Factors with other systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in the field of SAP Success Factors.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Document all system configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on system performance, issues, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Possess 2-5 years of hands-on experience in working with SAP Success Factors, specifically in the modules Employee Central, Learning Management System, and Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Certification in SAP Success Factors is a plus.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
