TAP Administration
Role Description
The TAP Admin, Pursuits & Proposals Support, is responsible for the administration of portals, including one that compiles content from all Canadian bidders sites (TAP portal), as well as uploading content onto various other portals (Portal, Proposal Server and Archive) for the National Pursuits & Proposals team.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- TAP Portal
- Review notifications issued by the various bidders daily
- Categorize per industry and service line
- Build the daily report, including a thorough review
- Post on the portal at a specific time
- Maintain a current list of users
- Reconcile orders with cost centers
- Pursuits and Proposals Portal, SharePoint Collaboration Site and Server
- Upload documents as per weekly maintenance
- File proposals as per archiving process
- Content-related Projects
