What would you be handling
- Understanding Marketing on Marketplaces: Looking for candidates who have a solid understanding of marketing on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. Candidate should be well versed in Advertising offering including but not restricted to Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Product Listing Ads, Product Contextual Ads, Amazon DSP Offering, Flipkart Brand Ads. Ability to understand data and suggest changes with data. They should be familiar with platform algorithms, ranking factors, advertising platforms, and policies.
- Experience with Performance Marketing: Seek candidates with experience in performance marketing, particularly within e-commerce or marketplace environments. They should be able to demonstrate their ability to drive measurable results such as increasing sales, optimizing advertising spend, and improving ROI.
- Data-Driven Approach: Prioritize candidates who are highly analytical and data-driven. They should be proficient in using tools like AMAZON PI, Flipkart Insights, Amazon Advertising Console, etc., to analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Seek candidates who are creative and can think outside the box to overcome challenges and optimize campaigns. They should be able to experiment with different strategies and tactics to improve performance continuously.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Look for candidates who have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to effectively communicate campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to Work Cross-Functionally: Candidates should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and analytics. They should be able to align marketing strategies with broader business goals and objectives.
SEO and Google platforms understanding is the plus.
