Job Responsibilities- Prompt issuance of billing and efficient collection.
Close liaison with bankers, solicitors, and purchasers on loan documentation, e.g. Name transfer, MOT, redemption, discharge of title, stamping and etc.- Handle and prepare documents for blanket consent application, TNB & Syabas account application and termination, undertaking, key handover and etc.
Keep track on the progress of collection, loan documentation, blanket consent approval and etc.
- Prepare, process, and check the documents relating to Sales and Purchase, perfection of Transfers, and Refinancing.
Prepare Vacant Possession letter and invoice to purchaser before key handing over.- Make necessary arrangement with internal party for key handling over to purchaser.
Maintain a good filing record and documentation system of purchasers file & update into MHW system.
- Knowledgeable in HDA & other regulatory act.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excels and MHW software would be an added advantage.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the same industry is required for this position.- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred, as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Credit Admin in Property Development industry is a must.
