Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing at Trigital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in New Delhi. As a Senior Executive Client Servicing, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensuring that clients expectations are met. This is an on-site role, and you will be based in New Delhi.
