Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing at dLayout Advertising located in Delhi, India. As a Senior Executive Client Servicing, you will be responsible for day-to-day client management and communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Understand clients business goals, challenges, and needs, and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their objectives.

Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with our services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in the advertising industry is a plus

Salary:

INR 35,000 in hand per month

Mandatory Work Experience:

At least 3 years of work experience in advertising agency.
