Manage and coordinate vehicle arrangements for team members, including scheduling, maintenance, and tracking usage.
Oversee civil modifications and office space arrangements to accommodate team needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary resources and services for the team's activities.
Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, expenses, and resources, and prepare reports as required.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including travel arrangements, event planning, and procurement requests.
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing administrative activities, including safety standards and procurement policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in administrative roles, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
