Who are we looking for
Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding an experienced Implant Equipment Engineer. As a Senior Equipment Engineer - Implant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functionality and maintenance of our 200/300mm Axcelis implanters and Varian EHP 500. Your expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, coupled with your ability to perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis, will contribute significantly to our operations smooth running. This role demands a keen understanding of various components including Vacuum components, chillers, cryo compressors, and heatexchangers. Flexibility in working hours, including shifts, standby, on-call, and holidays, is required to ensure the continuous operation of our equipment.
Wondering what your Responsibilities would be
Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on Axcelis implanters NV-GSD-200E2, NV-GSD-HE & Varian EHP 500. Perform robot teaching and adjustments for the aforementioned tools. Lead the planning and execution of PM schedules and manage consumable procurement and parts inventory. Conduct complex troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis utilizing Fish bone/8D, 4D methodology, and resolve tool-related issues promptly
Understand and service Vacuum components such as Dry/Turbo/Cryo pumps, perform Helium leak checks, and understand the function of gauges. Ensure a comprehensive understanding and maintenance of chillers, cryo compressors, and heatexchangers. Execute all tasks safely, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. Coordinate with the team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet production goals. Deep knowledge of various gas bottles used in implanters along with safety handling.
What makes you Eligible
You are where our search ends if you hold: 7 to 15 years of experience in global semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is essential. Degree or Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience. Basic knowledge of Brooks & Assyst SMIFs is a plus. Positive attitude and an excellent team player. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and/or in a team environment. Flexibility to work on shifts, standby, on call, holidays, etc., as required. Education: UG: B. Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical. PG: Any Postgraduate optional - Any Specialization, M. Tech - Any Specialization, Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical, Metallurgy.
