Job Description

  • Responsible for faster closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts along with preparing plans for maximizing revenue along with ensuring the right mix of F&B vendors/brands deployment.
  • Develop relationship and nurture strategic tie-ups with Commercial Property Developers, Managing Agencies as well as large number of F&B brands, which lead to faster conversion
  • We are seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious individuals, structured thinkers, and quick problem solvers who gravitate toward a process-driven approach to building commercial - partnerships with various sectors
  • A target-oriented approach which realizes the companys revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline and maintain a high conversion rate
Qualifications:
  • Candidates from Tier-1 Colleges and/ or from B2B food and technology sector will be preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Connections with Commercial Property Developers as well as F&B Brands/ Restaurants is a must.
  • Complete understanding of commercial food court operations, layout, design requirements, operational model.
  • 2+ years of Sales experience.
  • A high degree of focus along with time management and planning.
  • Display of strong people skills.
  • Must have a solid existing network of Admin Managers in Pune.
