Are you ready to make an impact at SHL India as we expand globally Join our Commercial team in Bangalore, where you'll be responsible for client contract retention, renewals, and growth through contract expansion and new accounts. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Consulting, and Project Management teams to manage and deliver client projects. We're seeking a proactive, independent individual passionate about talent management and business growth, ready to drive positive change and stay ahead of market trends.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and expand strategic client relationships, driving long-term success and satisfaction in the India market.
  • Win new partnerships by identifying opportunities, securing contracts, and building strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, aligning strategies with client expectations.
  • Work closely with teams to navigate discussions, win client deals, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional results consistently, motivating teams to achieve higher service and client satisfaction standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives, particularly HR and Talent Management Heads.
  • Drive proactive engagement with clients, identifying and acting on opportunities to meet their business needs.
  • Leverage expertise in HR services to advise clients on talent management and business growth strategies.
  • Continuously raise performance standards, inspiring excellence in both internal teams and client relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills, confidently engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
