- Experience Required: 18 to 20 years
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Role: The Senior Engineering Manager leads the India engineering team in developing cost-effective solutions, managing technical designs, and overseeing testing and validation. The role includes coordinating with the European Centre of Excellence, preparing documentation, and supporting cost optimization efforts.
Minimum of 18-20 years experience
in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering organizations, preferably handled hydraulic systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creative engineering decision making skills.
Proven ability to manage the engineering team and prepare drawings in accordance with project goals while working effectively both independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work scheduled hours and adapt to project requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling, with knowledge of Solidworks essentials including drawings, sheet metal, weldments and advanced assembly modeling preferred.
