What's the opportunity
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will coordinate a delivery team building our world-class products whilst working alongside other Product, Design & Engineering (PEX) leads to determine the scope and timeline of our deliverables and maintain the health of our team culture.
You'll join an enthusiastic and experienced team based out of India. You'll work within our PEX leadership team to make sure our strategy and roadmaps are realistic, our priorities are properly planned and scheduled, and to help grow and manage our team of wonderful people.

Our product is written mainly in Java and ReactJS, and runs on AWS across multiple regions. We use tools like Docker and Buildkite and deploy our systems and monitor our technology using CloudWatch, New Relic and SquadCast. We're looking for someone to help us evolve our systems of work while we grow our team and capability.
