- Leading team of 4-5 designers (mechanical and electrical) to deliver projects as per customer requirements.
- Responsible for design and testing of HVAC equipment.
- Component selection and sizing.
- Coordination with offering teams to understand the customer requirements.
- Bill of material creation and management.
- Coordination for Prototype development and pilot lot production.
- Following NPDI processes for new product development.
- Knowledge of Psychrometric testing of HVAC equipment is an advantage.
- Attending field issues and providing resolution.
- Candidates with work experience in HVAC and Precision cooling equipment manufacturing companies like Stulz, Climaveneta, Swegon Blue box, Bluestar, Voltas etc. will be preferred.
Describe Desired Background/Experience :
B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M.Tech. in Mechanical/Thermal with minimum 10-12 years of experience in Air-conditioning/HVAC industry.
