Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior AJO Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) development and be able to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer journeys. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver effective solutions that meet our clients needs.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Optimize existing customer journeys for better performance and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AJO implementations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AJO and related technologies.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Document technical solutions and processes.
Key Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) development.
Experience in integrating AEP with other technologies and platforms is a plus
Develop and maintain AEP data models, schemas, and integrations with other systems.
Experience with data integration and working with databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
