We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Engineer Service Now with a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ITAM & ITIL V4 Certification.
Location: Dubai, UAE(Onsite)

Professional/Regulatory/Certification Requirements:
ITIL V4 Foundation is required
Knowledge of ITSM best practice and organizational business processes in the enterprise
Certified in ServiceNow tools is preferable
JD SUMMARY:
Minimum required experience: 8+ yrs
1. ITSM: Major IM implementation, Problem, Change, Request, reporting, chatbot, portal experience, Service level management experience, predictive intelligence experience, experience performance analytics
2. ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB implementation and Maintenance, Orchestration Experience
3. GRC: GRC implementation Experience
4. HRSM: knowledge of HR business process, HRSM Implementation Experience
5. Asset Management: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management
6. Demand Management, Project Management
7. Integration: REST and SOAP integrations
