Job Overview:
- Support the implementation of integrated management system requirements according to standards.
- Execute process and system audits and monitor corrective and preventive measures for continual improvement.
- Analyse and address customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are executed.
- Ensure final product quality through in-process and final inspection, including customer factory acceptance tests.
- Stimulate Kaizen activities within the organisation and support LEAN initiatives.
- Manage and maintain process documentation related to the quality management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and improvement processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and drive improvements.
