Senior Engineer Quality Management (LIPL-1910)

Screening Criteria: Candidates with an electrical or electronics background having 4 to 10 years of experience in quality management, process audits, and compliance with integrated management systems, must apply.

Job Overview:

• Support the implementation of integrated management system requirements according to standards.
• Execute process and system audits and monitor corrective and preventive measures for continual improvement.
• Analyse and address customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are executed.
• Ensure final product quality through in-process and final inspection, including customer factory acceptance tests.
• Stimulate Kaizen activities within the organisation and support LEAN initiatives.
• Manage and maintain process documentation related to the quality management system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and improvement processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and drive improvements.
