Key Responsibilities
(Performance Indicators)
- Uninterrupted generation and distribution of steam and power to all consumers.
- Reduction in steam and power generation cost by continuous improvement in O&M activities through effective monitoring and analysis.
- To maintain water quality within desired norms and ensure effective recovery of condensate from Boiler & GTG with treatment and re-utilization with effective recovery of heat.
- Planning and execute Condition Based Monitoring of Motors, fan and Pumps and initiating preventive & corrective measures based on analysis.
- Ensure daily inspection and checking of all critical equipment .
- Root Cause analysis of break down, initiate corrective and preventive actions and preparing monthly down time report.
- To ensure equipment history and record keeping.
- Life Cycle Analysis of critical equipment.
- Training and development of team members.
- Ensure Root Cause Analysis compliance.
- Ensure optimal stock of raw material .
- Ensuring Implementation of IMS, WCM, Zero discharge and Safety Capacity Building initiatives.
- Responsible for adherence to EHS policy .
- Training and development of team members.
- To implement ISO 9000, ISO-14000, OHSAS -18000, TPM and WCM .
- To implement of 5S in plant and office.

Qualification & Experience
- B.E. Mechanical / B.Tech Mechanical with BOE Certification with 3-4 years of experience in power generation.
Key Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral)
- Operation & maintenance of Boiler, Gas Turbine, Generators, WTP with R.O. and UV filters, DGs, etc.
- Well versed with IBR regulations and applicable standards, Protection & Safety Interlocks for Boiler, GasTurbine and DGs.
