Making an impact. What will you do
- In this role you will have to operate the facility efficiently in line with statutory and SHEQ requirements, achieve zero breakdowns and maximize efficiency of equipment's through condition monitoring and preventive / predictive maintenance
- Co-ordinate with reliability team for equipment heath monitoring, and reliability improvement, Machine's Spares Inventory control through identification of critical spares and maintaining minimum stocks by proper purchase complying the procedure, handle the contracted manpower for conducting the routine maintenance jobs which includes imparting training for safe and quality job
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for O&M Mechanical and specific assigned PM/ACMS tasks execution and close with in schedule. The major mechanical jobs including condition monitoring, predictive / preventive maintenance of Air and Nitrogen Turbo Compressors, Expansion Turbine, Rotating equipment's involving Cryogenic pumps, Water Pumps and Cooling Tower Fans with Water Treatment Plant's equipment and maintenance of VITT's and Storage Tanks
- Carrying out proper planning, scheduling and controlling all the activities of preventive / predictive maintenance including condition monitoring, ensuring all stand-by machines are in order and procuring and maintaining an optimum inventory of critical spares as per the company's financial objectives
- You will also responsible for mechanical breakdown maintenance
- Achieving the target plant on-Line Time by ensuring zero breakdown of the plant through condition monitoring, predictive and preventive maintenance, ensuring health of stand by equipment's and inventory of critical spares and reduce the annual maintenance cost by developing local vendors / contractors is a part of your responsibility
- You will have to initiate engineering management of change (EMOC) and review mechanical area and be sponsible to comply FI, IMS and other internal and statutory requirements
- Ensure 100% compliance of applicable statutory and Linde requirements, achieve Safety and the quality standards of the company through training, conducting audits and closing out on the assigned actions arising out of the audits, handling the contracted manpower for conducting the routine jobs which includes imparting training for safe and quality job
- Also complying the statutory requirements, drive site productivity programs/projects - Optimize the resources, integrated management system, good manufacturing process and responsible care, process safety programs and comply the requirements as on when applicable, report preparation and submission as per schedule such as Maintenance report, KPI preparation, inventory & SAP data reconciliation etc.
- Further you will assist plant Manager as a maintenance manager, safety Audit coordinator by coordinating audits and then closing the audit findings by taking necessary actions, use of computerized process related package, assist maintenance technicians with non-routine repairs as needed
- You will provide status reports to supervisor, contributes to periodic production metrics reports and assists in presentations (e.g., safety or team meetings),Collect and records data for statistical process control and related reports, work in co-ordination with direct functions like Production, Instrumentation and Electrical and support other supporting teams like Procurement and Finance and PFS & Spec gas facility, support data management and technical evaluation efforts of team
- Moreover, you are in charge of providing status reports to supervisor, contributes to periodic production metrics reports and assists in presentations (e.g., safety or team meetings), assisting engineering staff and others in O&M and other tasks as needed
- You will have to proactively participate in customer complaint resolution and trouble-shooting activities, involve and conduct RCAs and track alerts to comply the same on time and work directly with suppliers in ordering materials and service

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes
- You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- You have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in process control industry
- Hands on experience of maintenance of compressors, pumps etc.
- Experience of maintenance and trouble shooting is required in this role
- You have knowledge and experience in predictive tools, productivity, process safety and safety programs
- Analytical skills and out of box thinking
