- Domain expertise with 5+ years of experience
- Minimum of 4+ year experience in leading teams in Engineering & technology function
- Strong understanding & working knowledge in FEA tool
- Hands on proficient of Hypermesh, Hyperview, Nastran, Abaqus, Optistruct, Ls-Dyna or other similar FEA solvers
- Fatigue principles and knowledge of tools like N-Code, FEMFAT is a plus
- Hands on experience doing FEA of complex and large & Heavy assembly products
- Ability to build relations with team spirit
- Proficiency in software : Microsoft office

- Work closely with business development team

- Responsible for delivering projects on time, within cost / schedule / quality targets, and meeting the customer functional specifications
- Ongoing identification of recruiting, mentoring and development of the engineering talent capable of becoming the technical leaders of the future.
- Partner with external resources such as universities, suppliers and associations as needed to close competency & infrastructure gaps.
