Experience in Tabelau server installation, upgrade and configuring Tableau server in Windows.
Experience in High availability and DR setup in Tableau server
Experience in SSL certificate creation and configuration.
Experience in SAML integration for tableau server and desktop
Experience in activation of tableau license key both in offline and online
Experience in creating the Multiple sites and site administration
Experience in using TSM and Tabadmin utilities
Experience in creating custom audit reports in Tableau example (Workbooks, View associated to the workbooks)
Adherence to standard ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change management including adherence to key Operate Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Incident and Business
Assisting in the development of long term strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the applications that we support to our clients, the potential of our support team and adherence to established best practices for our infrastructure

6+ years in BO Administration of Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform to include the latest 4.3 software version.
6+ years total experience supporting enterprise-class applications in a significant engineering or administrative role.
3+ years of experience in designing & building WEBI and Tableau reports.
Experience with integrating BO with multiple SAP-based platforms (ECC; BW; S /4 HANA; BW/4 HANA; SCM; GRC etc)
1 + year experience in Power BI dashboard and Support
At least 1 year experience in DataSphere
Exposure to SAC is added advantage
Experience with Window Server OS, Windows Security, Firewalls, and Networking
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, HANA and other enterprise-level databases.
Proficient in promotion management, version management, creating/ modifying universes using IDT, WebI reports and SAP Analysis for MS Office.
Experience with BO audit reports, audit universe and the BO metadata model
Experience with application integrations utilizing the BO SDK.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal to include translating complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical parties.
Ability to provide clear communication to senior management on issue identification and resolution.
Leverage business knowledge and understanding to translate complex business analysis and reporting requirements into technical designs.
Understanding of SAP applications and its functionalities is an added advantage.
