About The Role
The
Senior Integrations Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end management and support of all the capabilities offered by Thomson Reuters enterprise applications. Other key aspects of this role will be Integrations Support, API implementation, SSO implementations and ongoing technical support for customers. The Senior Integrations Engineer will interact with regulatory bodies, product, and technology teams across the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to implement and maintain all integrations between client systems and Thomson Reuters products.
- Own and manage key relationships with clients, product and technology teams across Thomson Reuters.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize feedback to drive innovation and increase customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding upcoming features, changes, defects, etc.
- Support commercial teams in client engagement and retention activities related to existing tax and legal products, Integrations and APIs.
- Support Thomson Reuters customers with API implementations and provide ongoing technical support.
About You
You're a fit for the role of
Senior Integrations Engineer if your background includes:
- 5+ years experience as a Systems / Integration / API Engineer or as a Business / Technical Analyst.
- Must have experience supporting customers with API implementations and providing ongoing Technical Support for APIs.
- Technical acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Technical Knowledge on SSO
- Experience working with agile scrum-based development teams.
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills, including ability to build and manage relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience writing comprehensive technical and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
