Responsibilities
- Incumbent shall be responsible for maintaining Mono Ingot-Wafer Plant Equipment up time to benchmark levels.
- Solve Machine Breakdown during Shifts .
- Capture and comprehensive analysis of machine breakdowns (Schedules/Unscheduled etc.)
- Identify Mandatory/Key Spares and maintain Inventory with OEM Part codes for ease access .
- Responsible for ensuring Proper Back up of Key components/PLC Software of tools.
- Sound knowledge of Melting furnace,CNC Machines ,Vaccum pumps.Wire saw cutting.
- Sound knowledge of Hydraulic system,Pneumatic system,SCADA System,vision system.
- Establishment of Local source of Supply for all Key and Long lead items towards spare & Maintenance cost reduction.
- Managing man power deployment in shifts for best response time.
- Planning and undertaking Preventive maintenance activities without compromise on Productivity
- Mechanism of Repairing of faulty Equipment parts (Mechanical/Electrical etc).
- Ensuring Implementation of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Responsible for Safety of self and subordinates during Plant Operation following all established safety
SOPs./WI
- Identify safety Hazards and Reporting of Safety / Near miss and effective closure in Gensuit portal .
- Having regular Safety interaction with associates in all levels and update effectiveness in Gensuit.
- Initiate improvement activities through Kaizen and Quality circle.
- Daily updation of the Maintenance MIS.
- Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme.
- Implementation of LOTO ,General work permit during task.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech
Desired Qualification: Bachelor/Master's in Mechanical/Electrical Engg. / Instrumentation-Control
Experience: : 3-8 years
