Job Description
- Define and Roll out Processes, Templates, Checklists, Work instructions etc. as per ASPICE 3.1.
- Perform Process improvement Management activities.
- Conduct Trainings on ASPICE, Corporate SW Processes
- Perform gap analysis between ASPICE 3.1 compliant Corporate SW Development Processes and ASPICE 4.0.
- Perform Quality Assurance activities as per ASPICE 3.1
- Define Quality Assurance (QA) Strategy for the assigned projects
- Facilitate in Process implementation.
- Support and facilitate Project teams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve ASPICE CL3.
- Facilitate in defining Project performance metrics.
- Perform review of work products.
- Perform Internal ASPICE assessment and facilitate external ASPICE assessment.
- Escalation of Non conformances as per QA strategy.
- Generate QA status report and present the same to Management.
- Perform release readiness audit
- Some Travel Required
Requirements/Qualifications
- BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred (or equivalent).
- 3-8 years- experience working on various standards like ASPICE, CMMI etc.) in SW industries.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies/processes, and one or more of the relevant standards and reference models (e.g. Automotive SPICE, CMMI etc.)
- Practical experience in implementing ASPICE 3.1 in projects.
- Experience in ISO 21434 and ISO 26262 is a plus
- Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools, standards.
- Good knowledge in Project management, risk management, metrics management etc.
- Must understand how and when to perform software audits/assessments including audit/assessment planning, approaches, types, analysis, reporting results and follow-up.
- High assertiveness, good facilitation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible with travel
Preferred Qualification
- Automotive SPICE Certified Provisional Assessor.
- Hands on experience in ASPICE implementation up to CL 3.
- Knowledge on ISO 26262 and ISO 26262 standards.
- Knowledge on Application life cycle management tools like Polarion, IBM-ALM etc.
- Knowledge on ASPICE for Cybersecurity
