• Participate in requirements analysis
• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce UI softwaredesign and architecture
• Develop state-of-the-art enterprise identitycloud solutions
• Revise, update, refactor and debug UI code
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Ability to start a program from scratch aswell as maintain existing services
• Develop documentation throughout the softwaredevelopment life cycle
• Serve as an expert on UI development andprovide technical support
• Follow the true agile principles
  

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Highly Proficient in React, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Grails is a plus
• Extensive experience building applications orproducts which support complex end-user workflows, ideally in a SaaS context
• Experience working with other JS frameworks(e.g., Angular) and Object Oriented Programming is desired
• Excellent logical and Analytical Skills -should be able to articulate thoughts very clearly and precisely in English(written and verbal)
• Contribute to a culture of continuousimprovement as part of an agile team
• Experience with Git (GitHub/GitLab), automaticdeployments, continuous integration
• Hands on experience using IntelliJ orEclipse/My Eclipse IDE, writing unit test cases
• Proven experience as a Senior UI Engineer with expertise in React
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Excellent negotiation, facilitation, andconsensus-building capabilities
• Openness and adaptability to respond tofast-moving circumstances
• Proficiency in multiple programming languagesand tools
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative and adaptable working style withthe ability to pair program
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability toprioritize your time and efforts
• A thorough grasp of technology concepts,business operations, design and development tools, UI and technical standards
• Understanding of backlog tracking, burndownmetrics, and incremental delivery
• Any bachelors degree or an equivalent work experience
