- Responsible for quality concerns, field warranty analysis, countermeasure implementation and effectiveness check.

- PPAP submission for new projects and 4M change implementation.

- Customer audits and action implementation for observation closure.

- Responsible for Quality Management System, External Audits, NC closures.

- Supplier PPAP review for new projects and 4M change.

- Authorized to stop production in case of any non confirmance.

- Authorized to block/un-block material in any stage of process for any non confirmance.
