In your new role you will:
- Ensure continuous smooth Operation of Plant Facilities infra services. Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero Incident and meeting Key Department result.
- Attend and manage any complaint related to PF infra services and report to PF OM Manager on any excursion.
- Monitor and follow up status complaints for ADeM in SAP PM. Analysis complaints data in monthly basis for departmental performance review.
- Update, track, monitor Facility Assets list and Assets maintenance in SAP-PM.
- Monitor and update Facility operation stability through SPC and react in any case of unstability which need attention.
- Working together with other Facility Operation, Engineering and Project team in meeting departmental objectives.
- Manage teams of contractors on the operation of the Land and building maintenance, pest control, landscaping and others related services. Monitor and track contractor's KPI fulfillment.
- Ensure work place is maintained and performs in accordance to 5S practice, ESH requirements and statutory compliance.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree Of Civil & Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related studies
- Minimum 4 years experience in Facility Operation & Maintenance or Building Management services. Preferably in Land & Building, Fire protection and Lift systems in Cleanroom environment.

- FMCS, SPC
- RCM & FMECA
- SAP Application
- Familiar with Legal Requirement (FMA, OSHA, UBBL, NFPA etc)
- Knowledge in Green Line and Clean Room requirement
- 8D Methodology
- Project Management, PNID, AUTOCAD
