Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for preparing PPAP documents.
- Responsible for monitoring and implementing ECN on time.
- Responsible for maintaining PPAP files as per retention period.
- Responsible for preparation and maintaining APQP documents.
- Responsible for conducting manufacturing feasibility for new project.
- Responsible for conducting Manufacturing process and product audit during new product development.
- Responsible for conducting Layout inspection during new product development.
- Responsible for taking corrective action against problem of occurred during ISC period.
- Responsible for tool trials during new developments
- Responsible for keeping track of activities during new project management.
Desired Candidate Skills:-
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949
- Previous Experience in Automobile Industry( Preferably from chrome plating)
- Knowledge in Automotive Core Tools like APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP,
- Must be able to control costs to achieve company budget goals
- Must be able to strong management skills with ability to supervise multiple teams
- Knowledge of APQP process
