What We Are Looking For
Responsible and dedicated to serve wellhead control panels/control systems portfolio of Test and Control Systems core business of Proserv.
Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
- Detailed engineering support Electrical and PLC related processes.
- Authorized to prepare engineering outputs for particular project, to act as support to Engineering Project Lead E&I for in house Engineering Activities
Secondary responsibilities
- Basic applications engineering on ESD systems, test bays and portable control systems ( standard to semi complex systems )
- Detailed engineering activities of standard control systems.
- Application engineering of electrical / automation for proposal support.
- Detailed Engineering activities related to electrical discipline such as starter control panel drawings, contactor control circuits design, preparation of electrical components datasheets, preparation of control philosophy etc.
- Engineering Project Management of electrical and PLC items assisting Main project Manager within agreed schedule.
- Responsible for reviewing of sub vendor E&I drawings and subsequent release for manufacturing.
- Responsible for getting reviewed all documents prior to submitting clients approval
- Active participation in providing onsite training, commissioning assistance for projects involving automation.
- Secondary responsibility Standard test and control systems, portable hydraulic / pneumatic control systems application engineering.
Key Performance Indicators
- Submission of critical Engineering outputs to project Managers within maximum of 03 weeks after kick off meeting for complex engineering projects.
- Prompt response to proposal engineering technical requirements within client dictated Bid Closing Dates.
- Active participation in at least one R&D project involving PLC automation.
