Responsibilities
Manage and oversee engineering projects related to power generation, transmission, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that drive operational efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for power projects, including site assessments and equipment selection.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of power generation systems and equipment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of power infrastructure.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for project updates and stakeholder communication.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
Experience
- 3-10 years of experience in the Power industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management and engineering execution.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing power generation systems and equipment.
