Responsibilities
- Activities related to preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance based on the identification, prepare proposal with budgeted cost and activities schedule to accomplish the assigned tasks.
- Daily Monitoring of day-to-day activity and resolve the same in prescribed time durations. Generate reports of the same.
- Raising the Purchase requisition in SAP system as per requirement of services and materials for SEZ area. Certification of vendor bill and processing the same in SAP.
- To assist in preparation of annual operation and maintenance budget for the SEZ area and Airport area and tracking consumption on monthly basis.
- Execution of CAPEX projects related to SEZ civil works from concept to capitalizations.
- Preparation and implementation of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control, WI and SOP in consultation of line manager and Safety officers
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
General Experience
3 6 years of experience in civil projects and O&M activities such as site monitoring, quantity surveying, billing process, site quality control, works compliance, relevant IS standards.
