Mission
The aim of this position is to work on New Product Development, provide technical coaching product/technology/process expertise to the team members.
Responsibilities
- Leading & cordinating Design as per customer requirements to achieve its function considering interface packaging, manufacturing and assembly aspects. Responsible for providing technical solutions to customer (related to design, manufacturing and process) Responsible to follow up all the standard work procedures, methodologies etc during the works Maintain current CAD file management practices. Learn and gain product knowledge. To release the design data in the system as per required product data management system within project timeline Responsible to achieve the desired quality of work delivered within the given time & date Design support for Lighting and Electronics development. Need interaction skills with customer, Plant and Suppliers.
What We Are Looking For
- B.E Mechanical/Automobile - Preferred, Diploma Mechanical/Automobile.
- Minimum7 to Maximum 12 years Experience in Executing the project for Automotive Lighting Products
- Good Leadership skills, Experience in executing the projects independently.
- Automotive Lighting Exposure (Ambient Lighting preferably)
- Experience in handling customer with respect to projects.
- Full product lifecycle of Automotive interior Lamp Design
- Willingness to work independently but also to engage with the development team on a regular basis
- Experience in performing system risk assessment techniques (FMEA, FTA)
